Cevimi ships to destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to confirm that we can ship to your location. If your destination is not available, contact us before placing an order.

Order processing

Once your order is placed, it is prepared for dispatch by our fulfilment partners. Order processing and transit are separate stages. If you need an update before your order is dispatched, contact us with your order number.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times vary depending on your destination, the item ordered and the fulfilment location. Any delivery estimates shown during your purchase are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs checks, holidays and local conditions can affect delivery.

Tracking your order

When tracking is available for your shipment, we will send the tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch. Use the carrier tracking number, rather than your Cevimi order number, on our Track Your Order page.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email info@cevimi.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, missing or marked as delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and explain the available next steps. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
